Most unprofessional experience. We paid the deposit for Estate Planning. After the initial meeting with the attorney, the office never followed up or answered our calls. We finally got the refund at the end, but it was a total waste of our time.

I was helping my son through a divorce. I provided the retainer until my son was in a position to repay me. Mr. Bland did an outstanding job representing my son. He also kept us apprised of the progress without adding any frivolous charges. I felt that his work was good; he was honest; and truly tried to achieve a fair resolution to an unpleasant situation. He even returned the unused portion of the retainer rather than conjuring up "creative" ways to spend it. I would recommend this firm and Mr. Bland to anybody needing counsel. Rest assured he will be fair and honest.

He solicited feedback on where we felt things fell short, what they could do, and what he could do as the managing partner. He apologized and left us with the impression that our feedback will be shared to improve future client interactions.
