She didn’t take the time to explain the benefits of having a Will and Trust or how to understand the documents properly. It took much longer than expected to get the paperwork ready, and the instructions she provided for the next steps were unclear.

Victoria helped us set up our Living Trust very efficiently and candidly during the COVID-19 pandemic. We had several Zoom meetings with Victoria and she explained the Living Trust very detailed to us, who did not know much about Living Trust at that time. We proceeded with Victoria to establish our Living Trust successfully. We really appreciated Victoria's help. Victoria's charge is slightly below the market rate to the best of my market research. One thing, which Victoria probably did not know, is Alameda County (and perhaps other counties too) does not accept personal checks without the owner's name and address printed on the check. When we tried to change our Grant Deed, our package was returned/rejected because our personal check did not show a bank-printed name and address. LOL...

It took a little less than a month to complete my trust! If you are prepared and ready to answer her questions, Victoria will turn around the documents very quickly. She moves super fast and operates very efficiently. I recommend you read a bit about what type of document you want so you can work at her pace. Also, ask about the fees end to end so you know what to expect. A lot of people are shocked at either the notary fee or recording fee, but if you ask ahead, you will know and can make the best decision for you. I will use her again for other family members for sure.

Victoria took care of us by preparing all our trust documents. She was very attentive to our needs, made very helpful suggestions and worked efficiently to meet our timelines. She also made sure to work within my company's legal benefit requirements so I had no out-of-pocket expense, except notary fee and deed transfer fee. She even went out of her way to help afterwards when we were confronted by the county on the deed transfer to ensure we did not have to do re-appraisal of our home and pay more property tax! I highly recommend her services for creating your family trust docs.

My recent experience at Victoria's office was excellent. I worked with her on a family trust and individual wills. She had an initial consultation session explaining the process, options and implications. She was very responsive via email on follow up questions. Finally her office provided a timeline of 1 month to complete all of the paper work and finished it on time. The team proactively reached out with drafts for verification to keep the process moving. After final document signatures, they gave clear instructions on next steps to fully realize the legal process. Additionally, a well laid out copy of documents was provided as a complete package in a binder. Overall it was a simple and hassle free process. At the moment, I would highly recommend her services.
