My husband recently passed and even though he believed his "estate" affairs were in order, unfortunately his Will and Living Trust did not provide for or include setting up a Special Needs Trust for our daughter even though he left her a significant bequest. This situation was further complicated by the fact that our daughter is disabled and drawing benefits from SSI.
