Customer service!!! The most kind and courteous people ever. They are terrific ambassadors for the UPS brand. I am delighted to give this UPS Store two thumbs up and my highest recommendation. Store6919 is incredible! I’ve never once had an issue and the team is always considerate and patient. I’m especially thankful that this location is always clean and organized. I will even drive out of my way to support this location. Store6919 is the goat!

I arrived at the store at 10 a.m. on Saturday, 10/26, as their hours indicate they’re open from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturdays. I needed to mail a package, but the store wasn’t open, and when I called again at 12:45 p.m., it was still closed. This lack of reliability is frustrating and unprofessional, especially since I now have to wait until Monday to mail my package.

This is brand new The UPS Store in Cleveland Convention Center in heart of downtown Cleveland offering full services mailboxes, shipping, printing and freight services. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They sell stamps and limited office supplies.

I used this UPS location on 7 St Clair Ave in Cleveland to pick up, pack and ship an item from Ohio to Boston, MA. Jonathan and the staff here are the experts! Package arrived on time and in great shape. The staff were friendly, I was able to do everything over the phone. I didn't have to leave my office! I would highly recommend them if you have shipping to do in the area
