I’ve had a great experience with Ron and the Tannery maintenance team. They are always quick to respond to service requests and handle repairs efficiently. Every time I’ve needed assistance, they’ve been professional, courteous, and willing to explain what they’re doing, which I really appreciate.

Not only do they get the job done, but they also go above and beyond to ensure everything is working properly before they leave. They are friendly, approachable, and always willing to help, making it easy to communicate any concerns.

It’s reassuring to know that the maintenance staff is reliable and dedicated to keeping the community running smoothly.

Location is perfect and conveniently close to center , highways , grocery store ,etc . Even has a new car wash soon as you exit the back. My car was always clean before work or before going out places I would run it through the wash quick. Maintenance handles every little issue with professionalism; they are genuinely happy to help the residents. Convenience is the key word - it’s been great living here ! I will be sad to leave.

We are in the process of resigning our lease for the third time now, and couldn’t imagine living anywhere else! This is such a wonderful community, and I truly believe that all of the friendly staff members play a big part in that. Ron in particular is such a welcomed presence around the community, and always greets everyone with a smile and positive attitude in addition to maintaining the property so incredibly well, and in such a timely manner! As a resident of several years, I can confidently say that he is the best head of maintenance The Tannery has ever had….thank you for everything you do Ron! Ron from Maintenance is amazing! I cannot say enough about him, his work, his professionalism, and the pride that he takes in making sure that we are taking care of as quickly as possible! The Tannery’s maintenance supervisor Ron has the same mindset with the level of quality and care he puts into every work order. Kim in the leasing office has been very helpful and always pleasant to deal with. Ron in maintenance is quick to reply to work orders and gets the job done efficiently.
