I have been here on numerous occasions and had all good experiences. The customer service has been excellent from anything from dropping off labeled packages, shipping packages, sending email with pages to have printed and collated, to buying gifts and Texas honey. They seem to have more and more services all the time. This is a great business.

Horrible experience today. The woman was rude and wanted to charge me $50 to ship a package LOL. I went to USPS and it was $13. Save your time.

So rude. They would not let me use my own stamps to mail a priority envelope. I had to buy their stamps. Seems to me that would be a federal offense. You cannot monopolize the USPS postal stamps and make a customer buy yours instead of the ones they have in their own purse. Rude and crooks
They also would not let me put a return signature form 3800 or mail my priority flat rate certified mail. They have no idea what they are doing.
Your position owning a shipping store is VERY IMPORTANT. Especially as a notary as well….
You need to know the constitution and UCC laws.
STUDY YOUR POSITION!!!!
AND LOSE YOUR ATTITUDE….

Very rude people. Walk all the way there to have something printed. They don't accept USB. Want me to email the file to them. Let it be known that I am a PWD walking with a cane. Wanted me to go to a UPS Store further away. Eventually went to PostNet Woodlands. Where the people are friendlier. End up giving a tip to the person who served me there. Would not recommend this place. Avoid.
