I run 3 businesses from a remote location and have depended on the Shipping Depot to receive perhaps 50 packages a month. I simply could not manage the volume by myself. I have Autism and other disabilities and am unable to shop much in town, nor can I drive into town more than a couple times a week, whereas I order needed household items on line. The staff's like extended family and consistently kind and concerned. I am beyond grateful for all they do.

I may be partial; as I worked there in the past, but you can get exceptional service from the first time and it only gets better by only going there more. Over time, they will use your name, actually making an effort to provide service by listening to you and trying to find your needs best. Where else is that happening? It kinda reminds me of “Cheers”.

Employees, including manager, do not seem to be knowledgable about anything related to the post office mailboxes. I do not receive callbacks from managers even though I was told that a manager would call back. I was charged for extra storage of items i had already picked up.

I've used The Shipping Depot for all of our shipping needs for the past few years. I've also used the printing/copying service. The staff is always friendly and provides excellent customer service!

Hands down the worst experience I've ever had with a local Missoula business. I trusted them with a $2000.00 piece of art that I felt I was not able to pack myself. According to their own website they are able to professionally package and ship any item. I specifically requested that the piece be packed appropriately based on the fragility and the value, and that I wanted it packed with rigid foam and labeled appropriately so the folks at UPS would know the piece was fragile. The employee at the front desk was completely uninterested in assisting me and responded to my questions with short, unprofessional answers.

Once the package arrived at my clients I was made aware of the state of the art inside. The Shipping Depot not only failed to place any fragile stickers or any sort of labeling what-so-ever on the exterior of the box, but had "professionally" packaged the art with bubble wrap and packing peanuts (which they charged me $79.15 for). The piece has substantial damage and is beyond repair. I immediately returned to the shipping depot to speak with somebody about how the piece was packed and I was told that they only package it the way I requested if I had payed for insurance (a mistake by me) but I was not told that until after the fact.

It took a number of days to get the owner to speak to me, and thankfully he agreed to fully refund me the cost of $449.00 and that he would get the check out to me. A week and a half passes and I again try to get a hold of the same gentleman I spoke with before, and he informed me that they needed to wait until the claim was processed. I had asked several times for an email to get in writing that he would get me my refund, which I never received.

Another week goes by and still no refund until today. However the agreed upon full refund is short by $60.00.

I can not recommend The Shipping Depot to anyone who needs assistance professionally packaging anything of value.

We’ve used the Shipping Depot for a number of years and was always happy with service. In the last couple of months we had some issues and was really disappointed and frustrated. I expressed my concerns with manager and within days every issue was addressed to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend the Shipping Depot

I showed up about 13 minutes before close and didn't leave until about 21 after close. My point is they were NOT in a hurry to push me out of the store like some places. Their main concern was making sure all my needs were met and I walked away happy and confident with thier help shipping a computer.
