Had a consultation with Ron, and he was abrasive and only talked down to me and my wife. Simple tact and manners would have been appreciated, seeing as how this was our first experience with a civil matter and dealing with any lawyer. He then abruptly disconnected the call.

Had an initial consultation with Ron about an estate issue who was 20 min late for the appt and didn't apologize one bit. He could have cared less about my case or any of the details. He stated that he "didn't know why we were dragging things out" and that we should just sell property that didn't belong to us just because we hadn't found a will in the past 2 weeks for the deceased. Really? That is your best advice? Not even sure how this guy passed the bar exam. He was rude and I will never use him again. Save your time & money and go elsewhere!

I found Cody out of nowhere. Desperate for help with my daughters. With every single obstacle facing us, my youngest daughter was protected thanks to Cody. He is beyond professional, understanding and is a powerhouse. If I ever needed to go back to court, I’d do everything in my power to make that happen with Cody. He has a huge future ahead of him. In this legal sea that drowns you, Cody is literally a life saver. Thank you for helping my little one stay safe and protected. I could never have done that without him. I very highly recommend Cody Knebel! He has represented me for the last year through a tough family custody dispute. Throughout this time, he has consistently kept things about the best interests of my children, been honest and realistic about what to expect at court (he doesn't just tell you want you want to hear to get more money from you!), and has been very responsive and communicative to my questions and concerns. He's been very respectful and understanding of my budget as a single mom, and has always been accurate with billing for his time. When my biggest court date came, he did an amazing job with preparing and presenting the facts to the magistrate, and clearly knew CO law and my case in and out. 5 stars!

If I can leave negative stars I would. Very bad experience with Mr. Salas; he failed to listen to his clients concerns, wants and needs. Blew through retainer money negotiating what he wanted for his clients without acknowledging them. When confronted about what negotiations were taking place he failed to provide certain information. Also; lecturing clients and not believing clients because the other party involved had a post graduate degree. In his own words “A professor does not lie, they are professional”. When I’m reality anyone is capable of lying if it benefits them. Even with witnesses and signed legal paperwork proving the other party was spewing complete lies he failed to believe the clients he was “supposedly” representing. That’s why it was never thought twice to fire him. Especially after he refused to show invoices as to where all the retainer money went. DO NOT bother with this so called lawyer/liar whatever you want to call him, he is very unprofessional!!!

Ron and his staff are amazing, no matter what his location. If anyone feels as though they have "wasted an hour" of their life driving to and from his office, they don't need his sevices very much at all, cause he rocks! If Ron is in Greeley or Fort Collins, he is worth the drive. He is probably the best attorney in Northern Colorado. Anyone who takes the time to write a poor review about the drive to his office has other issues going on in their lives. You keep up the great work, Ron! You made a superior difference in my life and I will never forget your legal knowledge, compassion and caring when I felt like my life was out of control.

Ron is practicing in Fort Collins. I had problems with some post-decree demands. I did not go back to my original attorney. I went to Ron. Legally, he understood the matter and while it took time to resolve; he didn't give up on me. How much do I believe he does amazing work for others? I have worked as a paralegal, legal secretary and been through a major divorce; I know which attorney has integrity. Ron and his staff are amazing.
