I recently had the pleasure of moving into The Medici, and I must say, it has exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I stepped onto the property, I was immediately impressed by the elegant design and well-maintained common areas. The community itself is incredibly welcoming and vibrant, perfectly blending a sense of tranquility with a touch of sophistication.

The amenities are truly top-notch and fancy, catering to all the needs and desires of its residents. The fitness center is spacious and equipped with the latest machines, making my workouts enjoyable and efficient. The resort-style pool area is perfect and one of the highlights for me has been the community coffee bar. It’s such a thoughtful touch.

What truly sets The Medici apart, however, is the outstanding management team. From my initial inquiry to moving in and beyond, they have been incredibly helpful and attentive. Any requests or concerns are addressed promptly and efficiently, ensuring a seamless living experience. Their commitment to resident satisfaction is evident in the numerous community events they host and the little extras they provide, like the fabulous coffee bar.

In summary, The Medici Apartments offer a luxurious, community-oriented living experience with exceptional amenities and a fantastic management team. I cannot recommend this complex highly enough for anyone in search of a comfortable, upscale place to call home.

My leasing agent at the Medici was Martin Winebrenner. I can't thank him enough for working so hard on my application, being friendly and personable under pressure, and for being so straightforward and honest. Him and Katrina were the best leasing team I have dealt with in the past year.
This past year I had dealt with so many different agents, and so many different apartment complexes. By the time I found them Medici I had already spent over $1,500 putting in applications costing $50 each. Only to find out that I was pretty much being lied to. And all the agents really wanted was the application fee. Thank you Medici for not being like those agents.
Michael Polk was my moving agent and he was so professional and so willing to show me all around the apartment complex. He did a very thorough check off to make sure everything in my apartment was working and up-to-date and everything was clean. His presence alone made me feel very welcome at the Medici and I could just tell that I was going to enjoy my stay as a tenant. Thank you Medici for hiring an awesome leasing team, it was a great experience.

The maintenance staff has been terrific, they are friendly and usually fix things pretty quickly. Maurice from maintenance was excellent, replaced my lights and fixed my blinds. He was very helpful and friend and even found a workaround while my AC is broke. Great staff in general.

The support of the leasing office is really nice. They made sure of a smooth process. Also, maintenance guy, Jodey, was very quick when I mentioned an issue during the first day of move-in!

Many maintenance requests took them months to fix issue. Maintenance responses are very delayed or ignored. Staff is condescending when approached with concerns. Plumbing issue has destroyed a lot of my property and no proper attention given. Very disappointing. Mold issues began to form and management won't support immediate issues. Packages mysteriously dissappear form concierge. Broken Sauna has been non working for almost a year. Stream room sometimes work. Gym equipment is broken and staff will only repair if someone sends in report like it's not obvious that it needs to be fixed. Rat plague. ? Don't rent here. Not worth the money. Cameras don't work for proper surveillance. Cars get broken into.

With huge regret I’ve been living here for 16 months. My experience here specifically with management has alway fallen short. Three weeks ago my vehicles (2023) was vandalized in the parking structure of this apartment complex by the assigned resident parked next to me. This left me feeling threatened, discriminated against and unsafe. When I reached out to the staff and shared the vandalism and how it left me feeling, they reassured me that this issue would be addressed with the residents responsible and they will do what ever needs to be done to help authorities and my insurance company resolved this. As of today there has been no accountability for residents who violated me. To make the issue worse on me my insurance company reached out to the office representative who helped me, only to find out they were told they have no timeline on when they will be able to provide further information on the vandalism that occurred on their property. I’ve reached out to the corporate office last week and as of yet I haven’t made contact with anyone and still have no solution. I’m hoping this review goes to show future residents the level of urgency when dealing with the Medici. I’ll I ask for is the collaboration I was promised and accountability for the vandals.

I do not recommend the Medici complex. The conditions here are terrible. Almost everyone smokes marijuana, and no one does anything about it. The security is completely useless – the cameras are always broken, and when something happens, the guards pretend not to notice. It feels like the security is in cahoots with the towing company: your car will get towed even if it’s parked in your own paid spot. They don’t care about your complaints or explanations. If you don’t want trouble, run away from this place as fast as you can!
