Everyone I have spoke with have been great my whole garnishment process. I feel like Tracy has grown to be more respectful in the last years. Only problem I have seemed to have is not recieving my reimbursement check for the money I have over paid on my garnishment. They say it was mailed out but it has been over a week and I have still yet to receive it. It’s very frustrating.

They definitely will collect your funds but bs about reimbursing overpayment. I’ve been waiting over 2mths for reimbursement and stop collection on an account I settled. Still being garnished and still No reimbursement. And all you get is lies and more money being deducted when this account should’ve been closed!!! Either someone is embezzling cause it doesn’t take 2mths to cut and send a check!!! I need a quick resolve asap.!

The woman I spoke with was very helpful and able to provide me with an update as well as update my personal contact information. I am not sure why there are so many negative reviews. My issue was regarding a check garnishment, which of course was my own fault, and not that of the company. The company itself has been nothing but pleasant.

Bottom line they are a debt collector. Stop complaining about them doing their jobs and handle your business and get it behind you. Tracy took care of me and I paid my debt hassle free. I created my mess and I took care of my mess !! They even knocked like $50 off my debt for me. Good people just going to work everyday like the rest of us !!! Thanks for the help, understanding and working with me !

I’ve had a good experience with everyone at this company handling my debt except one person, Tracy Davis. Ive been calling here to make monthly payments for over a year and everyone has been helpful and respectful. The last couple of times I’ve called I’ve spoken with Mr. Davis and he’s been nothing but unprofessional and rude. Just want to thank McKinsey for being professional and helping me navigate my debt payments.

Just making this post so after I defeat them I’ll be back….I read all of the reviews seems like they are getting away with murder due to court ties THAT will not work I can’t wait to pull the layers back on everyone and I’ll start with The Rude woman that answers the phone name is Tracy Davis very poorly raised seemed to have a cold. Forced to give one star to be able to comment. This “law firm,” better described as collection agency, tried to sue us in a case of stolen/mistaken identity. We were forced to hire an attorney to stop them. Their website declares that Becky McHugh’s “…goal as a debt collection attorney is to preserve and protect the integrity of the legal collections industry.” If she had any integrity/morals whatsoever, she should have offered an apology and paid our attorney’s fees.

Rude, pushy on the phone, tries to force you into making arrangements by falsely stating them as your only options....crooked, I def. Wouldnt want them as my defense lawyers. Judging by the reviews...even if you try to pay them they take your money and tell you you owe more every payment. Get a lawyer and fight them in court, you'll be glad you did. Update: I genuinely hope someone eventually makes the people's information that work here public for all the real human beings they have harrassed over the phone. Good enough for us why not good enough for them? I come back here only hoping someone who has that info has the nards to do it one day.
