If there was an option to put zero stars I would. Had I the choice I would not have put a star at all. I swear let her find out your personal business and consider it to become front page on the unwritten press. I am disgusted with the amount of disrespect my family and I have suffered. It is disgraceful.
The woman who runs the business end is as unprofessional as they come. She's rude, completely disrespectful, and has absolutely no integrity. Best believe she is nowhere obligated to the privacy policy and standards normally set forth by your average postal service worker. The actual owner of the building, in which the non conforming to USPS standards and ethics dugout/ hole in the wall mail dump, is an old scorned hag of a woman. Who is, to term nicely, an adult bully. Without a doubt this old hag was the one who stooped this simple woman into forming an incorrect and absolutely absurd completely unfettered opinion about myself and my family. Ultimately leading to the termination of our mailbox services with an approximate number of a ten day notice given to try and relocate. With her last words being "Good luck finding another place to get your mail anywhere around here."
My little family and I have fallen onto hard times it's been one misfortunate event after another. The only reason for us needing to rent a mail box is no one's concern. This was the only thing we had for important information vital to our future. Because we needed this to receive critical updates necessary for connecting us to our services and opportunities that are completely missed. I really had no idea about the importance of mail until such limited and crucial occurrences were lost forever. I now know I had took my mail services for granted. Because we were forced out all of a sudden and our once precarious position leapt from being simply complicated to becoming an extremely difficult situation. With such little notice that we would be needing to vacate our established point of contact much of our very important mail is in limbo and possibly lost forever just to entertain the highly bored lot of birds, these disgusting gossiping women are gross and really should seek Jesus ?

Great service and staff. Very close to the border so that many Americans that need reliable mail service while living South of the Border can get their mail here. Many communities from Tijuana past Ensenada have folks that will trade out trips to The MailRoom to pick up mail and bring back to their community.

I've been here many times for copies and packages , stamps , envelopes , and to fax stuff . Their mailboxes are affordable , they are always open , a mom and pop shop , friendly , but busy ? , no complaints . Many years of consistent , reliable , friendly business with our local community . The nearest mail drop service center between the freeway I-5 and Seacoast Blvd . ,.. loacated smack dab in the middle of town , huge time saver from the beach as opposed to going all the way to the freeway . THANKS GUYS . and GREAT Fed Ex and UPS parcel service too ?

Most of the Time the guy shows up late after their posted hours of operation or leaves early or takes a longer than usual lunch break or doesn't come in. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Go to the postal annex on saturn or the post office across the street...
