I went in to the store and shipped a package that ended up being $30 and should have been no more than $10. The lady working was not the friendliest just a tad curt. I went in there another time and there was a different lady working but the same lady I saw prior was doing something else, barely a smile as she glanced my way. Perhaps she was just that busy.

It was the first impression that got me and I did not want to go in the next time but in my haste to get to work that seemed to be my only option.

I’m pricing sending another package of the same approximate size and’s destination… and see that pricing is no more than $10 at most. Just be aware that you need to price check.

I need to mail a few boxes. I had the wrong code and my box wasn’t packaged correctly. Even though they were busy she was kind, and polite and took care of my shipping issues with a smile. Amazing service. Just really amazing service.

They’ve always been helpful except for one time. They’re not an authorized shipping outlet that accepts QR code for UPS although listed as one. She ended up saying we don’t take QR code and left it at that. I really wanted mail my item but offered no further assistance. This was failed opportunity.

Naijah completely blew me away this morning. She was so knowledgeable, and very very kind. On top of that, the mailbox is sooooo much easier than taking your package to UPS. I am a mailbox customer for life thanks to Naijah!
