Prompt and customer friendly service , I use this location weekly to ship out items for my business and have never had any issues in over 1 year . Wide variety of services including fingerprinting at great prices and a nice jewelry section if you need to grab a quick gift.

Love that they always have a notary public when you need one. I believe all their workers are certified notaries. Every time I have had to scramble to look for one cause my local UPS always has an issue with having an available notary person, they have one. Every Time. Save time and go there if you need one. They also have shipping supplies and sell other shipping related stuff.

I apologize for not getting the person's name while I was there. I usually do. Best place. I was helped with my package and everything needed to do a return. Thank you so much! This weather makes people feel sick and she made it look good to send back. She's been there for awhile. I might go twice a year to this place and she always greets me with a big smile, very professional and respectful. Thank you! Great customer service!

I was told my package would arrive in a week, it’s been 3 weeks with no update. I contacted USPS and they stated my package was shipped untraceable after leaving the country and that there is not ETA. I understand if USPS works that way but I was wrongly informed by this location, why would they say one week? I would’ve chosen a different carrier had they informed me correctly. This location also has very high shipping fees, you’re better of going to a first party and a DHL site if you’re shipping to another country it’s cheaper and arrives within days.

I would give 6 stars if I could. I was searching online for a Notary for an out of state birth certificate request. I sent this business a message asking about availability and got an IMMEDIATE response; I was able to email over documents, have them notarized and faxed over to the appropriate parties in less than ten minutes. Fantastic customer service online AND inside the store. The prices were incredibly fair as well. Thank you Mail Shoppe for turning what could have been a tedious errand into a great experience.
