Finding a reputable and trustworthy attorney is key when you are relying on them to construct or correct important factors of your life. We were recommended to Georgina Lepe's office by one of my co workers that did his living trust.

We decided to give her a try and found her to be knowledgeable and professionals with her craft. She was timely and respectful of our time and was able to get us the living trust our family needed to ensure that what we have worked hard for goes to our loved ones.
Not to long after we brought in my in laws to do theirs as well.

We just used her services once again this past week. We entered a real estate contract and during inspections we found mold and some water damage. The seller did not want to sign off on the contract and accused us of damaging his home which was a blatant lie and was being shady. He said he would hold and keep our money because of his assumptions. She wrote a letter of demand to the seller to release our funds or be found in violation of contract which would cost him additional money.
