Tad won’t tell you what you want to hear he will tell you what you need to hear. Yes he can be very direct and stern; but it’s for your own good. Let Tad take the lead and listen to what he says to do and you will come out alive.

On my personal case I was not guilty, but it’s hard to get those to believe you in a justice system that seems to be you’re only innocent if you can prove it. Tad will be on your side to ensure you’re given that opportunity to prove it.

There are many attorneys to choose from out there, but none have the combined experience Amber and Tad both have which translates to an abundance of knowledge which is present in the courtroom. My honest review of Tad Nelson, is he is exactly what you need. There is a time and place for sugar coating and telling you what you want to hear. Then there is Tad. He will cut to heart of the matter and focus on what is going to be in your best interest and get you RESULTS. He wants to win and let me tell you sometimes you can get in the way and you gotta let the man who has been doing it for 30+ years do his thing and that is what he does well. The heavy burden of the justice system is the weight and is in-measurable and you need someone to pull you out and get you through, someone furious and knows his case law. We have seen Tad work and navigate through the court systems and it is phenomenal. When you’re sitting in his office, tell him just the facts, don’t try to dance around because he is interested in finding a solution not tell you sweet nothings. Tad used to be a prosecutor and sometimes behaves like a prosecutor to your face, trust me it is not to belittle you or make you feel some sort of way. It is one purpose only, get to the facts; focus on what will work and discard the rest ; and use the justice system in your benefit to get you through it. He is an amazing person, our personalities didn’t always match, but I wasn’t looking for my new best friend I was looking for a behemoth to plow through an otherwise hopeless situation. Thankfully I wasn’t guilty but sometimes it feels like you have to prove that to see freedom again, and Tad did that very thing and now I can visit my mother in Colombia and see my wife’s family, where before I didn’t think I would have that option. Thank you Tad for being exactly what we needed.

I was facing 2 years on my dwi charge. I hired one attorney, got behind in second half of payment , they dropped me . No refund. Then I hired a second attorney, paid $12,500 Won’t mention names. But I was very upset with them. I waited over a year and few months, never spoke to them. Until 3 days before my court date. They told me I was going to TDC for 2 years! I was going to loose my house and my career. Then I called Mr Nelson and his office. Spoke to him directly. We met. I gave him my entire story and the truth. -always do that- and then he told me he can help. He helped me out even with a delayed payment given my current situation within 3 days. He called me and he got me probation and 10 days! I went to court that Monday. Faced a judge. And then it changed to a couple weekends! I can’t stress enough how much Mr Nelson saved my career , my house and my dog. I’m a solo guy.
Words can’t describe all this. I got another chance. The lost part. Those entire few years I was dealing with all that. I had the greatest uncertainty feeling. But when he took my case. I truly felt relief for the first time. It was in my gut. I knew. I felt it. He is the most understanding human I met. I can sincerely say that , meaning this from my heart. That Mr Nelson truly and honestly did fight for me and my situation. I can’t thank him enough. We all make mistakes in life, we all have our method to our madness, and reasons of doing what we did. My experience with Tad Nelson’s Law Office was disappointing. The attorneys were consistently late to court, often by an hour or more. I also noticed their reputation among prosecutors at the Galveston County Courthouse was less than stellar, with frequent complaints about their punctuality and professionalism. Unfortunately, I did not feel respected or well-represented. I would not recommend their services.
