I met with Stephanie herself one time 4 years ago and thought she was great. I reached out to try and schedule another appointment and was called by a secretary. Secretaries should not be speaking on any matter or giving any idea of what might be discussed if they aren't fully certain. She was dismissive and not listening to me and tried to tell me what I might need while going about it in a very inappropriate manner.
