Unprofessional, temperamental, disrespectful. Spoke with Brian Pratt on the phone and was met with yelling, cursing and extremely disrespectful remarks. Not I nor anyone I know or meet will ever give our business to Brian or a company that allows its attorneys to act in such a manner. I highly recommend all to steer clear and find any other more respectable firm.

I hired them for a personal injury and they were great. I dealt with the Redding office and the lady in there her name is misty she was amazing was on top of everything was always there if I needed anything and never went a day without contacting me to let me know what was happening good or bad. Why I don't know of a better lawyer to go to that is as knoledgable as Max G Arnold's team ! Let's face it this guy has pave the way in accident recovery for all victims involved !! I've used him and a few other I known I had referred to him have had outstanding results so never got out Max G Arnold and his team !!!They will tell you yes or no up front with out wasting your time and they make you feel comfortable and will get you all the help you need upfront !! And his no win no pay attorneys fees well what do you have to loose ?
