When it came to my case, she came to court reporting something completely different than what was communicated with me, prior to her going against my attorney in a separate case. The Hague Convention is an extremely complex system to navigate through and my representative out of the Australian Attorney General's office, was also incredibly impressed by the way in which Marie orchestrated having my daughter returned to me.

The judge asked my daughter in his chambers if she wanted to return back to Australia to be with me and (in a state of shock), she said, "no". The judge still ruled in our favour and my daughter was put on a plane back to Australia immediately.

None of this would have happened without Marie and her amazing team who are proficient, diligent and always there to answer the phone and e-mails.

Myers will throw your child under the bus the first chance she will get. She was court appointed in our case and Lost. She has no desire to help your children, her only desire is to line her pocket. She will tell your child what the child wants to hear and not follow through causing a loss of trust. My experience as a parent and business professional, she has Zero professional couth. She does not greet you with "Hello, may i speak with you privately in a conference room.." no, instead She will scold you in public, without hello, claiming you did not do something (send her an email) and when you prove her wrong in the same setting she will flee into an attorney room without apology or admission of mistake. (We all make mistakes, its fine.. but when you make yourself look like a heel infront of strangers doesn't mean you drag a parent through the mud because of your mistake for 3 LONG YEARS) When i first met Myers, i was excited that a professional will finally see the manipulation and lies caused by the other parent. My first impression of her was, a heavy hitting professional that would be able to distinguish the truth from fiction. I was sorely mistaken. She is a twisted individual that will help lengthen the process just to add fees to your tab and turn around and ask the judge to make her fees apart of child support. I feel during the handful if times i spoke to her, i gave her respect, facts and The Truth. Instead she listened to a prescription drug addict, stuck up for the addict and sided with the addict. All out of spite, all because i proved her wrong one time. She told me i reminded her of one of her family members and knew how to deal with me.... what does that mean?.. I'm not the same person. You are to deal with me and other people like a professional business colleague. She needs to be disbarred from this profession as I'm sure I am not the only person who has experienced her evil business ethics. She will use your own child against you untill the child is old enough to understand right from wrong. My daughter is now 12 years old and realized what a deceitful person she is. Myers will also Lie to school officals to get on campus and disrupt the childs day. She made my daughter cry on school grounds. Myers asked my daughter "Do you believe i will tell the Judge you want to be with your mother?" My daughter said no. On my daughters last phone conversation with Myers, my daughter told Myers "you are not getting the point across" Myers will say what she wants to the child but in the courtroom she will lie and make up a lies on you to the judge just to further court dates. She is not recommended, unless you want shady deals done.
