Getting a DUI causes a lot of initial stress and a lot of unforeseen costs. After calling dozens of attorneys I felt Mr Owens was suited me best for what i needed. He was able to come up with a payment plan to help relieve some of the initial stress, i didnt have to go to a single court date, file any paper work, he did it all. I cant imagine how stress-full the situation would have been without him, he made it easy as hell. I hope i dont need an attorney again, but if i do it should be pretty obvious who i will be calling. Mr. Troy P. Owens has had poor communication with me, the client, in regards to my case. It has been four months now with several attempts on my behave to find out the status of my case. I have tried via phone, email and in person office visits, which all have yield no response from Mr. Troy P. Owens. My next course of action will be to file a complaint with the San Diego County Bar Association. I would not recommend this Law office to any one.
