I truly recommend and appreciate Mr. Carbone and his amazing staff. Mr. Carbone was professional and courteous to myself and my ex. She did a great job in representing me and my needs and made the process work very smoothly. I cannot appreciate him or his staff more than I do I worked mostly with Bobby Wittman and he made what could have been an unpleasant experience very positive. We had very quick and good communication. He always gave reasonable and realistic expectations throughout. He is definitely the backbone of the client facing side of the practice. April was also great with communications. Very pleasant, helpful and friendly. I highly recommend Carbone law.

In 2021 my life was turned upside down when my Granddaughter who I had raised since birth was taken from me by her biological Father at 8 months. I researched the best Guardianship attorney’s, as I knew in the hands of her biological Father she would not be safe. I consulted with Carbone and he was just as concerned for her safety, as I was, and understood the immediate danger she was in. He immediately got her back with me and has kept her safe with me until permanent Guardianship was granted. What I liked about him most was not just the concern he had for me, but the true concern he had for her and her safety, and her best interest. Mr. Carbone offered me what seemed to be a sincere consultation. I put my faith in him to fight for me in court and he failed me greatly. Little to no communication on his end. His paralegal, Bobbie, was his saving grace. As Bobbie was communicative, kind and actually listened to me & took action. Mr. Carbone did not speak up in court on my behalf, allowed the respondent to dominate the court room with countless amounts of continued court dates, referring to one excuse after the next. I will not discuss the details of my case, however it was cruel and unusual. The end result was my children suffering through it all. We never saw our trial date and Mr. Carbone allowed this case to drag on for 14 months. Thousands of dollars taken from me. He scolded me, hung up on me and completely disrespected me on multiple occasions. I ended up representing myself which was the best thing I could have done. I was able to speak directly to the respondent’s attorney and fight for my children’s best interests. Much of what he could have done early on, I did in a couple months and ended this horrendous case.
The family law court system is broken, to say the very least. Judges often get stuck between their ethical judgement & the crooked CA laws that govern their position. I saw this clearly in my case. Do your research, and if there’s any doubt, represent yourself. This case cost me time, being the most precious commodity of all, my career & several thousands of dollars. Mr Carbone was aware of this, yet dragged his feet and, from my end, didn’t seem to care one bit about my or my children’s welfare. He was a coward in the court room. There’s help out there with the overwhelming paperwork and many articles explaining family code. I spent hours reading family code and doing my own research. Most of these attorneys have become numb, heartless and money driven. I hope this review helps someone.

Mr. Carbone worked countless months helping my family with Guardianship for my 4 year old niece after the death of my sister, the staff and Mr. Carbone were so compassionate to our case. Having him as my attorney made the process so much better, you could see that he actually cared and on top of that every time we had a hearing he was fired up and ready to win!
Mr. Carbone always did his research, he was organized and very dependable. This is a man with the right skills to win your case.

I was referred to Mr. Robert Carbone and his team to facilitate my divorce and emergency ex-parte to get my kids. He and his team have been wonderful throughout my entire divorce. Robert Carbone was my family attorney and must say was very disappointed! He took my case very lightly and was unprepared. I only talked to him twice, once on the phone right before my court date and the day of. Apparently his paralegals didn't inform him on my general information and he seemed overwhelmed with multiple cases. I suggest you get an attorney who takes the time to actually help you in your hard times. He's not worth the $7500, use your money wisely!!!!
