As someone entering into the legal sector, I strongly support all of the dedicated and hard working employees of the legal system. That said, I had a very unfortunate experience with Mr. Jaggers once retaining him for a very important case. Family law is not an area I have yet to study in depth so I retained him in an effort to ensure all steps were completed with accuracy. I had a very strong case as I was a single parent solely responsible for the care and well-being of my daughter her entire life, her biological father had abandoned her while I was still pregnant and refused to be in the picture until only recently. He became aggressive, stalked us, defied multiple court requests, and so much more. Needless to say Mr. Jaggers either lack of experience or lack of effort lost me the ability to retain sole legal and physical custody. In fact his lack of professionalism at trial cause him to be redirected several times by the jude and court reporter, causing him to completely give up his duties during court. He was carrying out requests and orders without out first consulting with me, he would advise me of some things that turned out to be incorrect, and he would speak with the opposing party without me present or aware of the full conversation. He also made the opposing party privy to information that should have been kept between Mr. Jaggers and myself. There were several red flags that I ignored in hopes to give him the benefit of doubt but this absolutely fell short of my expecting. All in all it was a horrible experience that has put my family and I in a difficult situation and searching for new counsel to correct things he failed to do as my attorney. Thank you for listening.

I’m so elated for all of the time and effort Nathan put into his work on my dad’s estate, and I’m very satisfied and happy with the results of his work. Nathan was there for my dad and then for me , preparing my dad’s estate plan; making sure my dad’s estate plan was signed the right way; starting probate after my dad died; paying all my dad’s debts; taking care of all my dad’s property; paying all my dad’s taxes; and making sure every little thing was done right and was done well. Before my dad died, I had no experience with and no knowledge of any of these things, but I always felt like I was in good hands with Nathan. Thanks to him, my dad’s house went to me, not to my dad’s creditors. I miss my dad every day, and I still feel that my dad’s time was too short, but Nathan helped me make the best out of a bad situation, and I recommend him to anybody that needs help with an estate.
