Our family recently went through the passing of both our parents within 1 year of each other. Our parents had created individual Wills as well as a Revocable Trust Agreement. Unfortunately, even though they left these documents for the family to settle their Estate, there were numerous unanswered questions that surfaced after they passed away.

We met with Josh on several occasions as well as numerous phone conversations on how to wade through a very complex and confusing settlement and distribution process. Thorough, patient, clear communication are some of the words to describe the incredible plan that Josh created for us. One of the confusing aspects for us was how to ensure our oil and gas rights (royalties) were passed along with low tax consequences and to avoid probate, if possible. There are numerous details to be considered!! Truly you will be doing yourself and heirs a favor by using Josh and his unlimited enthusiasm for attention to detail!
