Twenty-nine years ago my family hired Attorny Gregory St.John to represent me on a Murder charge. The representation was below the standards of a professional. His representation was just awful.

I was sentenced to a 30 year sentence. I served 28 1/2 years of that sentence before being released on a Commutation.

Factors:
Judicial Misconduct- Judge issues six(6) arrest warrant affidavits.
Same Judge then presided over my Probale Cause Hearing, then went onto preside over a motion to Dismiss the arrest warrant that she issued, denying the Motion.

Judicial Misconduct- Judge should've disqualified herself. Instead the judge presided over the Hearing and made an erroneously finding of Probable Cause without any witnesses or Medical testimony. (this attorney was aware as well and never made an attempt to fight the illegal proceedings).

Prosecutorial Misconduct- States Attorney fabricated evidence at the Probale Cause Hearing and said attorney never objected.

Attorney St.John never advised me of my appeal rights. This attorney just outright abandoned me during pre-trial stages.
