Condescending people, they speak to you like they have no time at all for you and want to hang up immediately. Would not recommend, there is better offices who give you their full attention and don’t talk down to you 👍

I had a chance to talk to Francisco Tinoco himself. He Guaranteed my DACA case would be accepted knowing the program had already been shut down. When I asked about filing a petition through marriage he seemed bothered and uninterested. He even said "Its going to be a lot of time and money"
VERY unprofessional.
I suggest going with Villalobos Law firm.

I really recommend the Tinoco law office! He helped me and my wife sort out her visa. Even thought we had some hiccups thoughtout the process, Due Tinoco's knowledge, the great work from Denisse and even the good communication from the front desk we felt like were in good hands in every step of the way.

They helped me to get my permanent resident card they were Very Friendly, they took the time to explain the process for the application. Also they answered all my questions until the process was completed. I definitely recommend their services

I called to check how much will they charge for a consultation and I was advised it was free. The lady that answer the phone was rude and had no idea what I was talking about, after that she transfer me to Rocio Solis and she was worse. She told me my question was not able to be answer by an attorney and when I ask her why if that is exactly their specialty she said well they go to school and their time cost. I never asked for a free consultation, I was advised it was free which is different. I told her I was able to pay the consult and schedule the appointment, but after thinking about her rudeness, I won’t pay to be treated like that and will take my business somewhere else. I hope the Mr. Francisco Tinoco has a good reputation since his staff is obviously not good enough. Horrible service. PS: try to answer the phone nicer, instead of saying law office, curtesy is a plus and apparently you guys don’t have it.

Horrible experience at this law office. All staff is rude and condescending. They make you feel like you just ruined their day by calling or asking questions. When we complained about this they deleted our comments on facebook and dropped the case through text message. Very unprofessional.
