Clark Dray was OUTSTANDING in helping me complete my Chapter 7 bankruptcy! If you are considering bankruptcy? Start with Clark! He'll steer you in the Right direction!
After contacting him online, I met with Clark and determined that my debts were suitable for Ch. 7, considering my options. He was very understanding and knowledgeable which helped in my piece-of-mind about going forward. Although, the paperwork (on my part) was a bit daunting. I set aside time each day to get it done and I was finished in no time. Every time I had a question (email or phone), it was always answered promptly and gave me new confidence. The 341 meeting was somewhat intimidating but Clark was very persuasive and assured me that it was nothing to worry about. Once I was finally there, he was right, as it was seem-less and efficient. I felt well prepared and it went off without a hitch. Thanks to Clark & Kathy, I am able to start fresh.
