This attorney was appointed to my daughter. Pertaining to a case this year that is currently being investigated, due to negligence. In 2014 I met an individual on a dating website called plenty of fish, This individual never disclosed that he was a criminal, he never informed my family or myself that he had 2 domestic violence cases prior to me. A permanent restraining order, and is gang related was on probation at the time. He also never disclosed that he worked for Richard Michael Kelso who is a registered sex offender for the rest of his life and baby sat my son who I already had. In 2015 Richard Kelso was indicted under Megan’s Law for 3 sexual acts against minors who are also his step daughters and went to prison. In 2017 this was my first DV incident I ever experienced in my life! Involving my children. Police were called and I found out this year that my case was covered up. We found the evidence. My family and I obtaining attorney after attorney for protection and when it comes to our protective order it is dismissed and I found out why. Behind the scenes this individual who hurt my children and I for years paid to cover up what he did. We found the evidence this year. Attorney Johnson met with my child alone to ask questions pertaining to the other individual involved in this case and when I requested to speak with him he stated “Oh well because your client privilege is not signed I cannot speak with you.” I stated no worries my attorney sent it and I scheduled to speak with him and I’m told that he would give me a call later in the week. This never happened. So I go to the court house and I see him in the court house while going to District Attorneys office, still never called. This attorney was appointed to my daughter in March he did not see her until June and had only one meeting! How do you expect to know what has been happening to my children and I if you don’t ask? This individual stated alienating my child. I have never took my child away from this non humane individual until 2024 when my daughter stated she felt something bad was going to happen to her. It is all coming out so many things hidden that no one thought we would ever find out. My children and I are victims and we have had enough of the lies and deceit. This attorney does not care about the safety of children. I would not hire this attorney if you have children. He does not care.

If i could give this guy no stars i would. He’s Irresponsible with keeping appointments, misses updates to provide the judge, and jeopardizes family reunification because he is unprepared. Tim and his staff are the best. I have been with him, on a complicated custody case, for almost 2 years, and he has been amazing. He is amazing in the courtroom too - he knows family law!!
