I had a generally positive experience, and I appreciate the team's help during the initial stages of handling my medical requirements. They were responsive and thorough in the beginning, making sure all my initial medical needs were taken care of efficiently. However, after my medical paperwork was completed, there was a slight decline in the attention and persistence in managing my case, which unfortunately caused a delay that extended the process to over a year. I understand that they had other work commitments, but I also recognize that it’s my case, and I should have been more proactive because no one else will be as invested as I am. That said, if more effort had been made to obtain the necessary paperwork or if I had been informed earlier, I could have secured the documents sooner, which I did once I knew what was needed. Overall, they were helpful, but a bit more follow-through and communication would have made the process smoother.
