Jake was absolutely incredible for our family’s situation! He was responsive, always thoroughly explained what was going on and made sure we were taken care of and treated fairly. Because of our situation, he worked with us for a few months, and the entire time he was exceptional. I never had to ask for updates- he was always on top of it. I cannot say enough great things about The Injury Counsel. David Gregory and Jake Gray are so amazing. I worked primarily with Jake, he was so attentive. My case was resolve with an outcome that exceeded my expectations. They do not mess around. I was kept informed every step of the way. If I could give them 10 stars I would. I cannot express enough gratitude to the injury council for their resources, knowledge, and expertise helping me through an extremely stressful series of events. They not only helped me get the medical attention I needed but they navigated the insurance company that was doing nothing but stonewalling me. Jake helped me learn a big lesson about responsibility and why it is so important to carry the proper insurance coverage. There is no one that takes your interest to heart more than you personally but the injury council picked up where I lacked and helped me get through this trying experience.
