The Hodge Law Firm made it possible for me to fix my roof without having to spend all my savings or borrow money.

My homeowner’s insurance company wanted to underpay me for a recent roof repair. The process was a bit lengthy, but in the end, they were able to improve my situation from having to pay almost 40% of the total out of pocket, to about 10% of the total (plus deductible).

They needed a good bit of information initially but there were no up-front expenses and all I had to do was wait for the outcome. It did take several months but I am very pleased with the result. I was required to cover any expenses they incurred in the process, but they were very fair about making sure I had enough money to fix my roof.

I would engage them again without hesitation.

I am so pleased with the work they have done for me. Originally my homeowner's insurance was just covering the replacement of 7 shingles due to a hailstorm/tornadic wind. Hodge Law Firm got my insurance to agree to cover the replacement of my whole roof. I couldn't be more pleased with the work they have done for me. I highly recommend using them!

Once settled, the payment was overnighted immediately!
Be sure to read the fine print. You are not only giving them 35% of what is collected but you are giving them power of attorney to sign a check made out to you and deduct their expenses. If working with Insurance Busters, you are not only giving them 10% of what is collected but you are giving them their expenses also.

HODGE Law Firm Absolute WORST law firm ever. CROOKS. They are EXTORTING money, keeping documents filed by the other party from us and refuse to give us our copies that we have requested more than 23 times.

They have refused to send our settlement money that insurance paid.

I can go on and on but DO NOT USE The HODGE law firm.

Hodge Law Firm assisted me with getting a reasonable settlement against my insurance company to replace my roof. My lawyer, Matt Russo, always made himself available for my questions and was always very kind to re-explain questions I asked several times. Very responsive with emails and calls.
