I’m beyond grateful to have found Grossman Law Firm and Mr. Grossman to handle our case! After speaking with more than a dozen other attorneys who wanted to charge hefty fees just to investigate, I was beginning to lose hope. But then I found Mr. Grossman, who agreed to take on our complex case with a contingency plan, and it truly felt like a lifesaver. Without him, we likely wouldn’t have been able to pursue the case at all.

From the moment we started working with the firm, I knew we were in good hands. They were incredibly responsive, answering all of my questions promptly and keeping us informed every step of the way. Mr. Grossman’s dedication, expertise, and compassion made the whole process so much smoother than I ever anticipated. Not only were they thorough and professional, but they also truly cared about our situation.

Thanks to their hard work and commitment, we were able to recover over $450,000—a result we’re absolutely thrilled with! I can't express enough how wonderful it was to have such a competent, caring, and driven team on our side. I wholeheartedly recommend Grossman Law Firm to anyone in need of an exceptional attorney.

We highly recommend Attorney Grossman for your Trust litigation case. Attorney Grossman is very knowledgeable, professional, took the time to listen and believed in our claims to stand up for what is right. He was the only Attorney out of several that we talked too, who agreed to work with us on a very challenging case. Mr. Grossman explained what to expect throughout the litigation, gave us honest timelines and answers. Thank you Grossman and Team for helping us get through a very difficult time.

Attorney Grossman and his team are really great. Although it's tough to find lawyers who you can trust with important things like money and your family, I feel this law firm stands in stark contrast from the rest. I have grown to trust their firm, and feel like family!

Definitely all the mannerisms that you would want dealing with matters of your family. Very professional and a job you can count on being done correctly. Since I first came to The Grossman Law Firm. APC I have been treated very kindly. All my inquiries, of whatever nature, have been dealt with immediately, professionally, and with the results I wanted. On top of all this, I feel that my father's memory can have some peace by knowing the respect that he has been given. In the end result I am thankful for the service that these people have provided. And when I think of consulting another attorney or especially hiring another attorney to deal with any matters of your family, other than Scott Grossman you are making the wrong choice.

Scott Grossman makes mistakes, communicates poorly, and is not responsive -- I recommend you avoid him. And definitely refuse to agree to his large retainer.

I chose him after an initial consultation for which he was extremely well prepared. I appreciated this, and it made up for the weird videos they ask you to watch. He asked for a VERY large retainer -- much larger than any other attorney, even ones at established firms -- which I agreed to pay. Then it all went downhill.

Their processes are all in the stone-age. Payment is not electronic, no video conferences, and billing statements and other communications are provided by mail.

It wasn't clear to me what the first steps would be so I sent an email on Jan 8th requesting a phone call and sharing a document with hyperlinks. He didn't respond until Jan 19th, at which point I had already received an update from the opposing counsel. Since Scott hadn't responded to my email I hadn't forwarded the update to him. When he finally responded he told me that he had sent a letter to opposing counsel asking for what I had just received. That looks sloppy. He also said he didn't realize the hyperlinks were clickable so he hadn't reviewed the documentation I had compiled.

A few months later he made another mistake, and demanded documentation from opposing counsel which he had already been provided.

Scott stopped responding to most of my emails and I often needed to re-send them, or to include other staff at his office. Often I wouldn't get a reply from him at all.

I finally decided to find another attorney. I'm much happier. My new attorney pointed out that she would send a demand letter to opposing counsel citing the basis for her requests. I asked why we had to waste time sending a new one and couldn't rely on Scott's requests. She pointed out that Scott never documented the legal basis for requests or for their time to fulfill them. Ugh.

Also, I was just forwarded documents which had been provided to Scott 2 months ago -- 1.5 months before I fired him -- which he did not advise me of or forward to me. This is, by far, the most upsetting thing.

Ironically, the only times in which I was impressed by him were the initial consultation and his promptness at returning the unused retainer.
