Caroline was absolute wonderful. She went above and beyond, was so calming, and helped wade through the most difficult times with grace and composure. Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience with the Delta Firm. The first time I met Caroline, I was shocked—-she didn’t look anything like the picture on her website. In fact, I wasn’t sure it was the same person. I needed Caroline to mediate/communicate with a family member about a trust. To check on the status, I initiated many of our texts. After several months I expressed my concerns about the lack of progress, and she indicated she couldn’t control other people’s actions. I retained her because I thought she had the tools and the legal right to obtain information I couldn’t get. I felt she was not invested in helping me, just getting her retainer. It was not a productive relationship.

If you want a compassionate and on your side meditation, the Delta firm is the best to ever do it!! Ms. Caroline is the best mediator in Conway, AR, she has been patient, very knowledgeable and most importantly the communication is the best I’ve ever worked with in awhile!!
