As a real estate investor in the Euclid area I relied on my property managers to ensure the properties were in compliance at all times. Unfortunately there was negligence at the property management company, which lead to the matter being handled by the courts, that could I have impacted me personally as well as my freedoms of movement. I elected to get slate clean. Robert went about it professionally from first contact, communications, document exchange etc was very good. Robert ultimately got the case dismissed which was a really good result and not an easy task with the city of Euclid. Not to forget Patrick, Abby and the team. Super team, super work.
