I approached the Babar Law Firm based on extensive online search and decided on The Babar Law Firm after carefully reviewing multiple other law firms. It was the best decision I took. The Babar Law Firm provided guidance and full disclosure up front when we approached them after three of my family members were seriously injured in a road accident involving a speeding vehicle jumping the red light. It was a very traumatic and stressful period for us. Jared Mullowney along with Michele Buenfil, Andrew Strong and Roxann Knapp formed a formidable legal team to pursue our case in the best professional way. The Babar Law Firm kept us informed at each step of the process and never over-promised or tried to do a “sales job”. The approach of the firm was to put our needs ahead of everything else in terms of getting medical and rehabilitation support for the injured family members. The at-fault motorist was neither cooperative nor had adequate coverage. The team at Babar Law Firm handled the situation very professionally bringing their decades of experience to fight and prevail. On top of the legal aspects, The Babar Law Firm also contacted and negotiated with various hospitals and medical service providers to manage the medical bills. In the end not only all our medical bills were covered but the injured family members were also reasonably compensated for the pain and suffering. While our lives have been permanently affected by the trauma, it is also enriched by knowing that there are indeed such professional law firms around that will stand with you and for you if you have been wronged for no fault of yours.

I was new to this experience being my first major car accident and my first time needing a lawyer. I was more than pleased with how informative the Barber Law FIrm was in answering all my questions. They made me aware of how everything worked and kept me updated throughout the process. They ensured I received the proper medical attention and were 100% customer oriented on how I felt and my needs. The other firms I spoke with were concerned about their needs and what I needed to do for them. I'm a single Mom that was rear-ended in the first new car I'd been able to purchase in over 10 years. I had that car for approximately 5 months, when, stopped in traffic, a man slammed into me without slowing down, and totaled my car. The trunk was literally pushed onto the top of my car and I was slammed into the car in front of me. The driver that hit me, luckily, gave his insurance information to me, but when he saw the police and other first responders arriving, he fled. I was in shock, in pain, and didn't know what to do. After the incident, his insurance did not want to cooperate with me because they could not get a response from their insured. That's when I contacted Barber Law Firm. From the very beginning, I was assured that no matter what happened, I would be taken care of. They would deal with the insurance company from the responsible party and fight to help me get better. It's been a long road, but this firm has been with me the whole way. I had a lot of physical therapy for my injuries, I had to have my vehicle replaced, but never did I worry about what I would be out financially, because I knew this team was fighting to make sure I was being taken care of. My legal assistant, Terisa Owens, was fantastic! She was ALWAYS there to answer any questions I had about my case, always compassionate, always very professional and fighting for every dollar I deserved to receive for my injuries. I'm not the type of person that's looking for jackpot. All I ever wanted was for someone to take responsibility for my medical bills. Not only did she make sure that was done, she made sure I was okay physically, and mentally, and that I was able to get on with my life after this traumatic event. Really, thank you, Terisa!

We have all seen those commercials, usually late at night on cable TV, where a lawyer is wielding a weapon of some kind, promising victims in a car accident an embarrassment of riches when he gets done with the offending party. And most of us smile at how hokey and exaggerated those promises are. Well, when my wife was stopped at a red light and plowed into by a distracted teenager three years ago, and now suffers from debilitating chronic back pain that is inoperable. We didn't call any of those weapon-wielding lawyers in June of 2017. We looked online and called the Barber Law Firm because it had a good reputation and we were more interested in professionalism, not theatrics. We were assigned Andrew Strong who I have probably communicated with more these past three years than most of my relatives combined. Throughout the process of filing a lawsuit against the driver, Andrew was the consummate professional. He didn't make any promises he could not keep. He kept in touch with us whether by email or phone. From the start he said that Texas law would limit any award we might win but that he would fight for every penny we could get. He must deal with dozens of these cases every year but he was never cynical or jaded, but understanding instead. He never said there would be a quick resolution. 2020 has been an unusual year and when my wife was deposed, it was on Zoom as was the mediation. He guided my wife through her testimony and then he got the driver that hit her to admit in his deposition that the accident was his fault. Our out-of-pocket costs since the accident have been substantial and all we have wanted was a settlement that would enable us to cover those costs. We would turn down a million dollars in a heartbeat if it meant that my wife could be pain-free again. Our case was recently settled, and while all our out-of-pocket expenses will not be covered, we believe that Andrew did an excellent job negotiating on our behalf to get us the most that he could. We appreciate the job that he did, as well as his manner and patience these past three years. Last year, I was in a car accident. It was not my fault. After the accident, being hit by a man without a license, his insurance having only minimal coverage, multiple hospital and doctor bills, and daily physical pain, I was at a loss of how to handle it all. About a month afterwards, I knew I needed professional help. I turned to Barber Law Firm, located in Grapevine. This is my first experience with a law firm. Barber Law took all of the stress off of me. There is no way I could have juggled negotiations on what I owed. They handled everything. Not only were all the claims settled, but I garnered a little cash out of it myself. I was so grateful. I would recommend them to anyone!
