No communication! Very unprofessional. We did not receive our money from selling our house until 8 days after closing! Our realtor had to call them multiple times to find out what the delay was. Then they LIED about when they sent the payment. HORRIBLE experience.

I would have loved to have given this company a 5 star review. When I 1st called everybody was so nice I was able to talk to Jackson very quickly but that changed once they got my business. Communication was the biggest problem it was hard to get a response back from anyone the secretary Kelly she would get my emails and forward them to the people but would never let me know that she forward the E mail. Kelly finally told me about Lisa to contact but she didn't give me lisa's contact information. Once I finally made contact with Lisa the communication was not the best but it was much better then before. It doesn't seem like it's a lot of competition there for business so that's probably why they can get away with this.

I am giving them a 1 star because zero is not an option. Worst title company on earth. Sorry to see that a former Mayor would run such a terrible business. Mortgage companies are going to start black listing them. You may not recognize my name because my daughter is the one you treated so poorly. Trust me I have the correct location

Very professional and friendly! Ruby did a fantastic job for us. We even had a nice snack tray on the closing table!! Super experience, highly recommend.
