I feel like the people giving reviews on this site have lost their minds. This is hands down the worst close I’ve ever experienced. Incompetence is the only thing that comes close to describing them. We closed December 2nd 2024. They were completely unprepared for closing.. only asking us on that day who our mortgage was with so money could be sent for payoff. They’ve asked the same thing a few days later, and as of today, 12/23, have yet to pay it off. In fact our mortgage company is asking us for our late December payment, having had no idea that the house was sold The woman, Terry, at Excel said to my husband That she hoped payoff amount hadn’t changed Of course it’s changed, along with late fees. I sure hope they know that money won’t be coming from us.

So incomprehensible the business practices of this company. Very racist this “Terri quick” lady. This company will screw you so hard you will be foreclosed on even if you do everything you should have because they just don’t do their job.
