I have been a client of this establishment for approximately 3 to 4 years, initially recommended by a relative who has since discontinued their patronage due to more favorable refund options elsewhere. Unbeknownst to me, I continued utilizing their services until issues arose in 2023. During the filing of my taxes and subsequent amendment for an additional form, my tax preparer, Alejandra C., neglected to submit the amendment, leading to a three-month delay in its discovery. Despite multiple attempts via phone calls and emails, there was no response from her during this period.

Upon the eventual submission of the amendment in May 2023, it took an additional four months to receive a copy. Persistent efforts were required to have Alejandra return my calls, with a week-long endeavor to secure communication. In 2024, I sought their services again in late January, opting for their new app portal. After a week of no response, I contacted Alejandra, attributing the delay to their "new app" and another staff member, Mari. Payment was promptly submitted, yet another week passed with no progress. Upon inquiry on 2/14/24, it was revealed that my files had not been submitted, leading me to discontinue my association with the agency.

Despite the agency's failure to fulfill their service, they denied a full refund, citing the provision of a service. Eventually agreeing to refund $220 out of $370, they imposed a $150 fee for their unprofessional service. Dissatisfied with this resolution, I have filed a claim with the Better Business Bureau to seek a full refund. I share this experience to inform others about their poor customer service and encourage careful consideration before engaging with them.

Set appt with them to do my taxes showed up 20 mins early, 3 walk in showed up 10-20 mins after me and was called in first beforei did, i was pretty upset after sitting there waiting total of 45-50 mins i was called in and got a quote instead of filing didn’t want to give them my business, all honesty I wouldn’t recommend Tax Tree for business they lack professionalism and could work on it a lot more.

Muy mala experiencia teníamos más de 4años haciendo nuestros taxes aquí pero este año fue una pésima experiencia la persona (mujer) q tienen al frente atendiendo esta muy poco capacitada para atender los clientes habla con mala actitud cuando uno pregunta xq dan citas si NO lo van atender a uno aparte de que nos llamaron q llegáramos a tiempo xq sino íbamos a tener q esperar llegamos 15min antes y tuvimos q esperar mas de 30 min y al preguntarle xq había pasado a alguien antes si claro escuché no tenía cita y aparte llegó después q nosotros y da una respuesta absurda diciendo esq estamos pasando sin cita y con cita entiendo pero si ya está ahí la persona q tomo tiempo de llamarles para hacer su cita pienso q x lógica lo tienen q atender a tiempo o si aya llegado tarde ami cita entendiera también q tengo q esperar pero no fue el caso aparte q se pone altanera con uno se le olvida q tiene su trabajo gracias a los clientes q el negocio tiene y no es la forma de contestar… Última vez q hacemos nuestros taxes en este lugar = 0 RECOMENDADO ESTE AÑO MUY MALA EXPERIENCIA =
