To those that have had a bad experience with Dina, I am sorry that was the case for you. I have had Dina doing my taxes for over 20 years now and I wouldn't dare go to anyone else. When I launch my business I hope she will keep me as a client to handle my accounting needs. I introduced her to my mom and she has been doing her taxes for over 15 years no complaints. The wait can be long, but after the pandemic there has been significant changes. I love her transparency and professionalism. Dina, thank you for your continued great service.

My wife and I have been going to Dina for the past 10 years and she is absolutely amazing. Regarding the negative reviews, if you are going close to Tax day and it is a weekend, be prepared to wait. Go in January/February or if you do not expect to owe taxes, you can always file after the deadline (There is no penalty for filing a late return if you are due a refund)...

Dina Rosa is an very professional and experienced tax professional. She is expert in helping you receive the best possible tax return under the law. She treats every person with respect and is interested in resolving all major tax problems you may encounter. You have to be patient because she does have a large client following. You must make an appointment in advance but it will be worth your while to contact her and see how she can help you prepare your taxes.

I took an appointment on their website, they didn't show up.
I called them and they didn't even have the decency to pick up the phone, I had to chat with they filter machine. No explanation or curtesy, they send me "you have a wrong number, bye".

I would not hire a company who works this way anyway but now you are warn too.

To answer your comment who wasn't really helpful to anyone:
1- I use the phone number on this page, call 2 times to make sure
2- It you goal was to seam friendlier or more professional, you missed the mark.

I have been a faithful client of Dina! For the last 6-7 years I have experienced a professional relationship but today I was extremely disappointed. I remember Dina when she worked out of the check cashing place on 14th street. As her popularity has increased the business courtesy has decreased. As a business owner don't have people standing on line for hours in the cold and then come late. Don't have your less than professional assistant tell me after I get there that they are closed and aren't seeing any additional clients at 9:00 am because I didn't stand outside at 6:00am to be seen. That's not professional behavior. This is the end of tax season accommodate those who put you on the tax map of success. But there is a lesson here. Find someone else. Don't allow those that you pay to dictate how you get treated. Yes I'm pissed!!!

she is awesome. Yes she is busy but that is because she is popular and in high demand. If you want your taxes to be done well with high return go to her.. if you want a cappuccino and some coddling, go to Starbucks then a therapist.
