Absolutely HORRID / UNPROFESSIONAL experience with Brandon. He had left me a voice message to return his call as they had received my contact info from another firm which I submitted to an inquiry to for a legal case online. I returned Brandon's phone call the very next morning and he began berating me on the phone as to why I didn't answer his call when he called and why I didn't call him back right away. I said are you serious right now? It was one of the most unprofessional interactions I have ever had with a company in which I was a potential client for in my life. He kept going on that I didn't answer his phone call and I didn't call him back right away. This "lawyer" is unhinged and off his rocker thinking he can treat / speak to people in this manner.

I returned the call the next morning well before what is customary in business of 24 hours, even so, I AM THE POTENTIAL CLIENT!! He then questioned me demanding an answer as to why I didn't pick up his call or return his call the second he called. IT IS NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS WHY I DIDN'T ANSWER AN UNKNOWN PHONE NUMBER OR WHY I RETURNED YOUR VOICE MESSAGE THE NEXT BUSINESS MORNING!!! I was dealing with my stomach disease being in bed all afternoon in excruciating pain after leaving my job. THAT IS WHY I DIDN'T ANSWER ANYONE'S CALL YESTERDAY AFTERNOON YOU INCONSIDERATE (I want to write an explicative term but I am more professional than that). ESPECIALLY AN UNKNOWN NUMBER!!!

I was dumbstruck in shock of this actually happening. If you can imagine being questioned by a stalker ex-girlfriend / boyfriend, this was it.

If I yelled at my customers in my own profession for not immediately answering my calls or calling me back immediately, not only would I have no customers, I would be out of my profession! I then said well I don't want to work with your office if this is how you treat clients and before I could finish my sentence he hung up on me.

How dare you speak to me like that berating me when I am the one has been dealing with traumatic event in my life which has caused a cascade effect in my overall health. This is one of the most preposterous situations I have ever encountered. This office is terrible for allowing this type of culture in their company. Stay away from this place. There are endless law firms out there. Just google another one so you don't have to experience this insanity.
