The staff and the title attorneys were wonderful. However, nobody could save the day at my closing. The seller showed up an hour and forty five minutes late, and the staff did what they could with me because they knew I was living in the Koa campground, as the seller also knew so I was trying to get a move on as it was a Friday afternoon. The seller sold a couple of properties next to me over the next couple of months, and she did the exact same thing to them, showing up extremely late to the closing. Again, the staff at Superior Title were professional and polite but the seller ruined the day. When someone shows up late for a appointment and doesn't consider your time valuable says everything. Thanks, superior title. Great job. Maybe ask all buyers and sellers to attempt to show up on time. This might help, but I'm sure this doesn't happen very often at all. But that seems weird asking adults to show up to an appointment on time. Especially a seller. The property I bought was on the market for a long time so you think the seller would be on time. But I remind myself, we all think differently.
