From out of state, showed up to court at the date and time provided on ticket. Was told I was supposed to put myself on a calendar. Was never informed of this nor was it on the ticket. They gave me a slip w my cit number & a phone number to call to set it up. Have been calling since August to try to do so but unable to reach anyone. Had even selected a different dept just to reach someone. They said they emailed & filed a complaint for me - that someone would reach out. No one has reached out & I have a deadline of the 1st to set this up. Went to website provided on google - doesn’t work. The staff were not kind when I had gone in & this process has absolutely been a nightmare. I do not want a warrant, I just would like to schedule this court date if anyone is able to reach out (again, from out of state & unable to walk in to get help).

Haven't heard/seen shady cops like this for a while. They hide behind bushes. Pull over the nicer car when the officer clearly got the speed of the car infront that was speeding. All while semis are going 90+. Way to do your job!!!

Trying to get a hold of them especially online is a hassle . They're there to take your money in any form without a problem. Me living in Arizona trying to dispute a false citation I got in July is difficult. Trying to get a hold of them to reschedule my court date because my car was inoperable at the time is difficult. They expect me to walk over 150 miles to make it to court. All I ask was for them to review the unedited dashcam footage for when I got pulled over. If they would of reviewed the footage the would of seen me driving the speed limit until the cop car speedtrapped me. Speedtrap in law enforcement means that the cop who is driving is tailgating you and forcing you to switch lanes or speed up. Making the driver uncomfortable. The time was 12:25 am , I was already 5 1/2 hours into my drive from Bakersfield to Scottsdale. The whole time from Indio to Phoenix I was on cruise control at 71 mph. I'm 10 miles out from Blythe when a car right behind me comes speeding catching up right behind me. He was tailgating me for a couple a minutes, me not knowing who it was at the time was scared because the car behind me was driving at a higher rate of speed and could of hit me. So I got out of cruise control, and speed up at little bit to switch over to the right lane . As soon as I did that the lights went on. The whole time the officer said I was driving 90 when really at most it was 76 mph, 71 on cruise control , 76 to move out of the way. I then said "you were the one speeding and making me nervous" . He then told me "why are you nervous" . I said "because you were speeding". He then said "fight it in court". So when you try to confront an officer who is clearly disobeying the law when he's suppose to uphold it, you will always be at fault. I say all departments should invest in more training because protect and serve to them means protect their own and serve citations . Even when they're at fault. The military has MP's for when service men and women break the law. Who police's the police?
