Outstanding service! My family got caught in the engineered traffic jam at the Eisenhower Tunnel on a busy ski Sunday, and our Toyota Sequoia overheated.

We had it towed to Summit Automotive, and by Monday, they knew we were stranded and made us their top priority. The staff was professional, and the owner was fantastic.

Go here now! Showed up to get air in my tire and the workers quickly noticed a giant tear in my tire🙈. They were able to get me a replacement with installation super quickly. The owner even brought a worker in early to service it so I could get my vehicle back quickly for an upcoming road trip. 10/10 would go back.

Phillips Films (PHILLIPS FILMS)

Called up to set an appointment to replace my rear hub bearings in my 2003 toyota 4runner and they said they could get me in on Wednesday. I dropped off the vehicle 30 mins before they opened and went and talked to Jim. I asked if they had a press and were going to do the hub assemblies themselves or take it to a machine shop. He said they were gonna do it all in house no problem and that it'd be done by the end of the day. 6 hours later I get a call saying "they don't do these kinds of hub bearings". When I showed up to get the vehicle they said oh they sent the wrong parts and blamed it on Napa when obviously the parts ordered, which he showed me, were what I needed replaced. Basically they scheduled me for something that they couldn't do and backtracked and blamed the parts store. If you're going to schedule someone to do work on a vehicle you should know that you can do the work. So I drove over 2 hours on bad wheel bearings at 50 mph for no work to be performed. Outstanding!

I highly recommend Summit Automotive in Silverthron. I live in Denver and was going to Vail when my radiator failed inside the Eisenhower Tunnel. I limped into Summit Automotive, and they immediately accessed the issue. They offered a quote for repair quickly, and it was affordable. The waiting room was comfortable. I was impressed with all the staff. It is obvious that the owner, Jim, takes pride in his team. They repaired the issue, and I could depart within a few hours.

But the story continues. Almost a year later, the new radiator failed—a crack in the side panel. I called Summit Automotive, and without question, they supported me again. They refunded me for the radiator and immediately sent me a check. As we know, it's difficult to find an honest mechanic. Well, look no further. I truly value the team at Summit Automotive.

Nobody in their right mind is delighted to have a vehicle in the shop; I would rather go in for a colonoscopy. We have never considered taking our company vehicles anywhere else. Jim and Raul are the embodiment of honesty, integrity, and professionalism. SAG installs top quality parts from NAPA, to avoid premature failure, and they do all they can to retain experienced mechanics. This is an important consideration since other garages underpay their mechanics and have a much higher turnover rate. You can take your vehicles to SAG with confidence that you are being treated fairly. Service may take a few days to complete, but that's because they are constantly booked by knowledgeable fleet managers and sensible private parties around Summit county. Thanks yet again to the excellent staff at Summit Automotive Group.
