LOVE this place. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. They helped us with our kids passport photos and it was a breeze. They also offer a great variety of wrapping presents which we will for sure do at Christmas. Just really loved our experience here and love supporting a great local business.

The absolute greatest. You will never need to go to the post office, Fedex, UPS, again! All of their staff is knowledgable, patient, and incredibly helpful. They show you all the prices for all the different services, so you can choose what's best for you. They gift wrap, they take passport photos, they package and ship artwork in custom boxes, they do EVERYTHING! Go here!!!

Great place, nice and professional staff. The caveat - and it's a big one - is that each year they raise the rate (I pay yearly for best price), these past two years alone by a good 20% each year. That means my rate has gone up over 50% in the three years I've had a box there. At a certain point, I no longer will be able to keep my box there. Right now, a small personal box will run you $336 a year if you pay the year in full. It's more if you only pay six months or (the minimum) three months at a time.
UPDATE OF REVIEW to be more specific and in response to the owner's comment, chronologically from now are exact figures. 2018 saw a 10% increase from the previous year. 2019 sees a 21% increase, totaling 30% increase over two years.
* 2019 January increase: 1 year = $336 [an increase of 21.74% from 2018]
* 2018 renewal for one year: $276.00 [an increase of 9.52% from 2017]
* 2017 renewal for one year: $252.00
* 2016 renewal for six months: $120.00 (I forget what the yearly rate would have been, albeit cheaper than for six months)

Received a package at 11am. Arrive at 1pm, employees say they couldn’t give it to me and I have to wait 30 mins, I wait 1.5hrs, still to no avail. I gave up after they told me wait another hour. I wish they had have been honest and just told me in the beginning. The point of P.O. Box is convenience I thought.
