Studybox bestellt und nie erhalten. Auch nach 5 Mails an den Service keine Rückmeldung bekommen. Das Geld sieht man vermutlich auch nie wieder. Danke für Nichts.

Das Sie keine Schuld an dem Fehler in der Lieferkette tragen ist mir selbstverständlich auch klar und dafür möchte ich sie auch keineswegs kritisieren (Um es trotzdem klar zu stellen: das Paket war nie in dem besagten Paketshop angekommen). Mir geht es in der Bewertung einzig und allein darum, dass ich seit Wochen auf eine Rückmeldung warte wegen des Paketes…. Trotz mehrfaches freundliches anschreibens habe ich kein Lebenzeichen von Ihnen bekommen.
Trotz allem danke ich Ihnen sehr, dass es jetzt klappt!
