I was happy with the contract breakdown and clarity as far as what I would receive and pay out etc.. My only complaint would be that I wish they had told me that Chrysler could break the contract dates as I expected them to adhere to the contract so I bought a new car expecting it to be resolved on time, and I ended up paying for two cars and insurance for several months, not to mention the parking issues at my residence. My advice don't put the cart before the horse because this drug out much longer than I had anticipated or was told it would. Other than that they were good.

I had initially reached out to this law firm over two years ago regarding a lemon law case for my vehicle. At the time, I was hoping to get legal assistance in resolving the matter efficiently. Unfortunately, after submitting my information and waiting for a response, I never heard back. Fast forward to today—more than two years later—they finally returned my call, saying they couldn’t accept my case.

The problem? I no longer even have the vehicle. I got rid of it a year ago and had already been paid out for it through another attorney. Their delayed response was not just unhelpful—it was completely useless at this point. Had they reached out in a reasonable timeframe.

While I understand that law firms can be busy, a two-year delay in responding to a potential client is unacceptable. If they weren’t able to take my case back then, a simple courtesy email or phone call would have been appreciated so I could have explored other options sooner. Instead, I was left in the dark, assuming they had either rejected my case or forgotten about it entirely.

I can’t speak to their skills as attorneys since I never got the chance to work with them, but their lack of communication and responsiveness is a major red flag. If you need timely assistance for your case, I would highly suggest staying away from this firm.
