Michael Thornock was outstanding from start to finish with my divorce! First, he charged a flat rate fee which is half the average of the cost of a divorce here, and nearly impossible to find. He was straight forward and honest with me about my situation and we worked through a plan that would give me the best possible outcome. When things got difficult, he stayed focused and helped settle my fears and concerns. Then through his connections we had mediation scheduled a few weeks after we filed. In the end everything was resolved with one mediation session and for the most part I came out decently. Then he was able to get the divorce decree signed within a week. Overall, my experience was okay with this office. I felt that my process went smooth because of Joe and how well he prepared me when I left to my immigration interview in Juarez. I got my green card and came back to the states to finally live my life in peace. Other than Joe, the other lawyers didn't always know what was happening and misplaced paperwork sometimes. The front office staff, paralegals, and other office staff were sometimes not professional, always answering personal phone calls in front of clients, flat out saying no to things and not professionally giving you a reason why, and it was sometimes impossible to get through to them on the phone. If I recommend a family member or a friend to this office, it will only be because of how fantastic Joe is.
