I did not want to litigate my case and opted to settle instead despite the low ball settlement offer. Josh perservered and was able to get the offer increased. Additionally, due to the low offer, Josh reduced his fee to ensure there was enough for coverage of my medical bills and that I could pocket some money. This speaks mountains about the care he shows to his clients.
