I am a one person service provider in the litigation services industry. Donald Stewart and his son Taylor Stewart ripped me off for close to $5,000 dollars. I have heard of other service providers they have done the same thing to. Please beware of tgis father and son duo. My experience is that that will use you and then go silent (ghost you when you try to get paid). It's really sad for the father who loves to claim he was a U.S. Senator (never elected). There are other people they have done this to. Recently I have read from news accounts that class action clients in a North Alabama water settlement that they have bot paid money to those deserving people. Please do you own research. I consider them liars and thieves until they make it right, but after 2 and a half years of dodging me, I highly doubt it.

The sad thing is. My case was presented to the lawyer on May 2017. He has yet to contact me in almost two years about my case. I have tried chasing him down in all of this time. He is never in the office. And he doesn’t have a direst number. He does not reply to emails nor does he reply to messages left for him at this office. I’ve been down to this off maybe 10 times in almost two years and not once was he in the office. The reason I went to the office is because he never replied to the calls. Even when I’ve left messages in person he doesn’t communicate with me. But he states that he can sue me for the work he has done. There has been no work needed to be done because the malpractice dentist wrote his faults in a letter that was turned over to the lawyer the next month. So yo have a lawyer and not to actually have him as yours is sad. Mr. Hooker took my case and has yet to communicate. I need to change lawyers. I should’ve went to another lawyers office if I would’ve known my lawyer wasnt up to it. It’s a case given to a lawyer and all he had to do was get numbers etc. Please research other lawyers before you take this office

Very disappointed in this law firm. They have had my case for two years and have done nothing. When I am able to get in touch with them they tell me some bs about how they are about to settle but nothing ever happens. I do not understand how people like this is in business.

This law office is the sorriest i ever dealt with ever, we had a lawsuit with cemex in my area and this been done since 2007 and it’s 2019 and no money and they have gotten the money from the company but don’t want to release the money to us coming up with bogus lies, the representatives they have answer the phone plays dumb like she doesn’t know anything or lie and say he’s not in which i know he’s in that office and they have gotten personal information that i didn’t give to them far as medical records and can’t explain to me how they got them and 2016 they told us once we meet at the hotel and sign the paperwork we would have our money ha nothing yet and idk why they won’t be honest and say that they spent the money and what was told to me that another lawyer is suing them from the same case but won’t tell us nothing but lies
