I’m not one to usually leave reviews however this office definitely deserves one. I wouldn’t recommend this office to my worst enemy. If they invested the money they do in advertising their business on training employees to communicate and actually do their job they wouldn’t have to advertise as much.

I've known Steve for a long time and thankfully, I've never been in an accident, but I have had him take care of several cases for me and I wouldn't recommend anyone else. I was owed a substantial amount of money from a union and they simply would not give it to me. Steve had the full amount deposited in my account in one week. He is honest and great at his job. He genuinely cares about the client and hates that big corporations take advantage of people that can't defend against their seemingly endless resources and teams of lawyers. 100% recommend and have referred him to my parents, brother, friends and several acquaintances.

In Feb. 2024, I retained the Law Offices of Steve Gimblin to represent me after I sustained a minor traumatic brain injury (mTBI) in a bicycle accident and experienced acute post-concussion syndrome for approx. 9-10 months. After signing the retention documents, nobody ever called me. Three months passed with zero communication until I was informed that my case was being dropped. The reasons cited were facts that I could have told them myself right from the start. These guys we're unprofessional, unmotivated, and mostly just wasted my time. This firm doesn't seem to care about public safety or helping obtain justice for innocent victims. Shame on you, Steve.

I’ve called a handful of times in the past 3 weeks. Left a voicemail the first time, waited a week and nothing. Spoke with some extremely helpful and courteous ladies when I called the other times to ask questions about making an appointment or what I should do regarding an incident that had occurred with my son, however, I have never received any callback from anyone even letting me know if I have a case or a chance at justice in this matter…just nothing… I have to admit I feel a little disappointed I’m sure that they are extremely busy, but even a phone call telling me to get lost would be better than nothing at all.

I first contacted Steve Gimblin after a no-fault accident when I was overwhelmed with paperwork, medical bills, and the other driver's foot-dragging insurance company. Not only did Steve and his very professional office staff explain the legal system (including the fearsome issues of Medicare), but they walked me through every step of rental car issues, the other insurance
company's endless questions, all the way to the final check so that I could purchase a new car. When he learned that the other driver was underinsured, he made sure that I was compensated for many months of medical issues through my own insurance company. His responses to any of my questions were quick, thorough, and knowledgeable. His support through affidavits and final negotiations was compassionate.
