I highly recommend this store/location. Whenever I go in he always shows me the best prices and helps me save $$ every single time. Like who doesn’t like saving money? He is very attentive and takes his time to help me look for what I need. I couldn’t ask for a better customer service interaction. Shawn is the best, thank you Shawn!

Well people at this location weren't able to help me at all or offer any sort of a solution for me but made the comment that all I wanted done made sense. Thanks for that.

All I wanted was my boat/jet ski paperwork laminated I'll add that i purchased copies of these documents out of your store less the 1min from asking for the additional service on the copy's NOT THE ORIGINALS.

I tried to explain I'm tired of making copies just for them to get water damage and be unable to read. I then went on to explain if I ever needed to produce the information on the lake it would be nice to have the peace of mind knowing I have them laminated given 15 times now I've had to get them copied because them being messed up having fun on the lake. ( Lack of storage space on the boats, 2 compartments. One holds ropes other towels/beach gear. All of this gets wet/damp at some point hence the reason for protecting the information from the elements)

I got a story/run around by two employees saying they can't touch government documents. Respectfully in my opinion the first one didn't know enough about what they were talking about and the other employee just asked me what the other had told me then just backed them. In a way that made me feel kinda brushed off.

I went to another of your locations explained all this and asked about this policy and there was some truth to what was said but they were wrong from what I was told at the other location. They informed me that they can't handle ORIGINAL government documents and that mine being copies with no hand writing on FULL size paper to be laminated is perfectly reasonable but no.

I did get the copies laminated, staples is great GILBERT STAPLES NEEDS WORK, at very least a retrain on there customer service and understanding of there "policy". At the other location I even was offered a solution if laminating was something I wanted to do myself. I didn't purchase it but it was nice to see an employee trying and doing there part for the customer just as much as they were for the company.

Gilbert staples gave me a I don't care attitude with a sheep like mentality definitely WONT BE GOING TO THIS LOCATION IN THE FUTURE! I like people who give a crap actually helping me and this experience has me questioning if I continue to get my business signs,cards,pens and other advertising done by this company. There's zero consistency and I'm very disappointed.

The customer service was really good, the associate was helpful. However, they didn't carry the mechanical pencils I have purchased in the past. I did get an office chair.

I found lots of bargin priced items. Plastic zippered document holders for $1.99 were $3.4?
Plus lots of other popular things throughout the store.

The cashier was pleasant and knowledgeable. He said that Windows has free security features under Defender or Windows Defender. Takes the place of McAfee and other brands of security.

I went there to return an Amazon purchase and they gave me a $10.00 coupon. And I used it.

Do not order for pickup if you are on any rush deadline. What should be easy IS NOT. Over 1 hour to find out the pre-paid ordered product was not even available at the store that their inventory count was wrong and wrong by ALOT. I need 8, they showed 17 instock when I order. Truly bad experience. First Time I have ever left a 1 star rating

Shoutout to the printing team! I work in marketing and am always printing advertising/event materials from this location. Staples printing is my go to for anything print related because of how easy it is to order online, the quick turn around time, same day pick up options, quality, and the customer service. I really appreciate how kind and helpful the team are, it truly means a lot.
