Went in today to get a cashier's check I was the first one in line and then a very rude person walked right in front of me and sat down in front of the teller. But it was a blessing in disguise the universe God was looking out for me. Another member advisor came up to me and said I can help you, her name is Michelle My interaction with her was pleasant and made my day. I have banked with Stanford Federal credit Union for over 35 years when I needed a mortgage quickly due to a death in the family Stanford Federal credit Union was the only bank that would help me because at the time my credit was horrible.
Having Michelle help me today solidified why I really enjoy using Stanford Federal credit Union!

I'm happy to open a new account with Mr.Farias's excellent service. I just walked in and didn't wait too long. He kindly explained what I needed, what to do, etc. It was my first experience with a financial service in the US, and he was kind to answer my questions. I strongly recommend this branch for banking services.

Awful, Horrendous service. They'll post that they've "reached out" but in reality they call and don't follow up. I called them back multiple times and don't even answer. They most likely have a phone they don't pay attention to. All my colleagues who have accounts here say the same thing. You yourself have to know how to do all the things because can't rely on their service or people for anything. There are some agents that even pick up the phone with a attitude. A better credit union would be Patelco or others. Trust me, whenever you fall in a place where you require their assistance YOU WILL be regretting ever opening an account with them. Put your money somewhere else!

As a long time member of Stanford Federal CU, I appreciated the customer service I got from Anais S today. She was pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable to my needs and questions. That is becoming more rare these days.

I'm only giving three stars because I've been with them so long and I honestly do like this organization, but I have really seen a great decline in their phone system. I'm very disappointed that they do not have more people answering the phone that are knowledgeable, also people should not have to wait more than 15 minutes to talk to somebody. For example I called just now was on hold for 10 minutes just to do a simple address change because I couldn't do it on the app, but the clock went to 5:00 p.m. and guess what, now I'm off and no man's land and have to talk to some operator that can't help me. I'm really starting to get sick of this and I will look at other options in the area that I live and will probably be leaving Stanford Federal credit Union.
